5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are typically delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

7. No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos for assistance.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
