Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order ID
• Photos or videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will provide a replacement if the issue is genuine.

Refunds

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, refunds are not applicable unless we are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item
